Friendly and helpful staff, especially the owner Karen, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Well-prepared and delicious breakfast, with Mustafa ensuring all our needs were met. - Clean and spacious rooms, with a useful fridge. - Great location, with a short walk to the beach, harbor, and main shopping area. - Swimming pool was clean and inviting. - Plenty of shops, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby.
Felt cared for and well taken care of, with nothing being too much trouble.

This is a fantastic hotel, very clean. This is run by a Very friendly family, Karen is English and can help with any medical problems, this hotel is right behind the hospital and very close to all bars restaurants. We wouldn't go to any other hotel in Alanya we have been going here for years now. And would never trust any other. This is a child friendly and all the staff are friendly and always has a smile on their faces. Karen has a lovely family a son and Turkish husband whom all help in the running of this hotel. If you are ever thinking of going to Alanya and looking for self catering then I would defo recommend this hotel. It is also a short walk to the beach and town. 10/10.Keep the good work up Karen and Family. from the Irving family.

I was excited to visit the Alanya Lighthouse, so I chose Blue Heaven Apart Hotel for its convenient location. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel also offered free WiFi in public areas and free self parking. The refreshing drinks served at the bars throughout the day were a nice touch.
Dim lighting in the apartment, poor conditions, rude staff.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location amidst the mountains, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. it is located in a residential area, away from the noise of the city center, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. the expansive beach nearby offers numerous bars and restaurants, perfect for enjoying the local cuisine and vibrant nightlife. the castle, accessible by a scenic cable car ride, is a must-visit attraction, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings.
The communication about the air conditioning fees was lacking, resulting in unexpected charges for some guests.

I had a fantastic stay at Blue Heaven Apart. the staff, including the owner Karen, were extremely friendly and helpful in planning our trip. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and were very knowledgeable about local attractions. the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the fridge in the rooms was a useful addition. the location of the hotel was excellent, with the beach and harbor only a 10-minute walk away, and the main shopping area within a 20-25 minute walk. The price was also very good, making it a highly recommended choice. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 👍.
